Body fat percentage: 19.3% When I first started the gym my body fat was 16%. So I’m less ‘lean’, and I have gained muscle weight, however I’ve also gained fat. Great work out today! Over an hour as usual, and added more dumbbell lifts for my arms. My room is tidy, everything is organised, homework and coursework is being done, I’ve got plans with the boyfriend in the week and with the girls Saturday night. S’all good :)

30/1/12 - Monday Weigh In
122.6lbs (-1lb) BMI 21
Down a lb in a week not bad I guess, it’s better than a gain. Need to up my game this week, more gym needed and more positivity.

This week hasn’t been the best. I’m always so organised. But revising for my psychology exam which was friday made me such a flake! I forgot to put money in the bank for this months gym, forgot to get my prescription for the pill, forgot all homework for all my other subjects, and haven’t been to the gym in a week.
I’m going to the gym tomorrow, and am hopefully going back...

For me it’s not about losing weight. I bought a the perfect bikini for my trip to disney land with my boyfriend, and then to Spain with him and his family. It fits nicely. I am at a healthy weight, so I only want to lose a few pounds. For me it’s about toning up and getting fitter. I want to be healthier in what I eat, to feel good on the inside.
